3 Powerful Visualization Exercises

Visualization Exercises for Manifesting an Abundant Life | Haskin Creatives

Visualizing is one of my favorite manifestation tools and I personally use these three exercises every single week as part of my mindset practice.

Vision Boards

A vision board is a physical representation of what you want your life to look like, or anything you’d like to create or bring into your reality. While some like to have images printed out and pasted on a poster board that they can look at every day, you can also create a digital one that sits as the desktop to your laptop or the screen lock to your phone.

Anywhere it can be constantly seen and penetrating your subconscious mind!

Scripting

Scripting is a journaling technique I do every single week where I write out in detail how I’d like my future reality to play out. Writing in the present tense, with as much detail and feeling as possible is the key to making this practice work for you. Because you focus on the what and attach a feeling to it, you match your vibration with what you are seeking and attract into your life.

You can script what you want your ideal day to look like, your dream home, your business and money situation - anything you’d like! Treat it like a game, make it fun and enjoy.

Bring It Into Your Experience

While you may not have the physical object or experience you desire in your current reality yet, there’s nothing from stopping you for giving it a little nudge in the right direction. Want to manifest your dream car? Go test drive it! Looking to book a dream holiday? Go to your nearest travel agent and ask about the tours. Want to up-level your wardrobe? Go try-on some clothes.

I’m not saying purchase anything before you have the money - this is just a fun little experience to train your subconscious mind to believe your current reality is different so you start acting in alignment.

If this exercise brings up feelings of lack or disappointment I’d caution against it as it might have the opposite effect and repel your wants and desires - because let’s face it, we are what we think and feel!
